Do you make custom art?
Yes I do! Take PAID commissions for custom art throughout the year. Please email me with what you would like me to create for you at kkedwardsart@gmail.com
I bought an original or a print, does that mean I own the copyright?
No, it does not. You own the painting/print, but not the copyright. This means that it is illegal for you to reproduce the painting/print for profit or to use the image in any way without my explicit permission.
Return and exchange policy
Once a print or original has been purchased it cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an order arrives damaged please document the damage and email me at kkedwardsart@gmail.com within 2 weeks of arrival. I will arrange to send you a replacement order (if it's a print item or accessory.)
If an original piece of artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so that I can contact the insurance provider about refunding the cost of the artwork.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow for 5 business days for orders to ship. Prints are shipped through First Class Mail, which according to USPS.com can take approximately 1-3 business days for USA orders. Thank you in advance for your patience. Original artwork will be shipped with insurance for the total value of the piece.
For clothing orders, arrival time depends on the manufacturer. I use a third party company for shipping and handling my clothing merchandise and have no control over production times on my end. Please refer to the additional FAQ provided by my manufacturer:
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
For international orders, timing will vary depending on your local customs office. Thank you in advance for your patience.
Will my order come with tracking info?
All print, apparel and stationary orders will come with tracking. Sticker orders totaling less than $10 will only ship with proof of postage.
How is my order packaged?
Prints will be packaged in a plastic sleeve and shipped flat in a rigid envelope.
Original art will be professionally packaged to ensure a safe delivery.
All other merch will ship in either a bubble mailer or polybag.
